TQQQ Alert(이하 “앱”)은 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
- 알림 제공을 위한 기기 알림 토큰(FCM 토큰)과 앱 언어
- 유료 기능 확인을 위한 Google Play 구매 토큰 및 상품 정보
- 서비스 보안과 장애 대응을 위한 제한적인 요청 정보(IP 주소, 요청 시각, 기기·앱 기술 정보 등)
- 광고 및 동의 관리 과정에서 광고 제공업체가 처리할 수 있는 광고 식별자와 동의 정보
2. 이용 목적
가격 및 전략 알림 제공, 구매 확인, 앱 기능 운영, 부정 이용 방지, 오류 분석 및 서비스 보안을 위해 사용합니다.
3. 보관 및 삭제
정보는 목적 달성에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관합니다. 유료 알림 기기 등록은 구매 서비스 제공에 필요한 동안 유지되며, 앱 재설치 또는 기기 등록 변경 시 기존 등록이 대체될 수 있습니다. 관련 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 보관한 후 삭제합니다.
4. 외부 서비스
앱은 Google Play Billing, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Mobile Ads, Cloudflare, Finnhub 및 Yahoo Finance의 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다. 각 제공업체는 해당 업체의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
5. 광고 및 동의
관련 법령 또는 플랫폼 정책에 따라 필요한 경우 동의 절차를 거친 후 광고를 요청합니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 개인 최적화 관련 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.

이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

TQQQ Alert (the “App”) processes only the limited information needed to provide and protect the service.
1. Information We Process
- Device notification tokens (FCM tokens) and app language for notifications
- Google Play purchase tokens and product information for purchase verification
- Limited technical request information, such as IP address, request time, and device or app technical information, for security and troubleshooting
- Advertising identifiers and consent information that advertising providers may process during advertising and consent management
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to provide price and strategy alerts, verify purchases, operate app features, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect the service.
3. Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes. Paid-alert device registrations are retained while needed to provide the purchased service. Reinstalling the App or changing a device registration may replace the prior registration. Information required by law is retained for the required period and then deleted.
4. Service Providers
The App may use Google Play Billing, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Mobile Ads, Cloudflare, Finnhub, and Yahoo Finance. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
5. Advertising and Consent
Where required by law or platform policy, advertising is requested only after the applicable consent flow. You can change advertising personalization choices in your device settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
